Came here with the same observation. An unvarnished white racist, a black linebacker with anger issues, and a dash of Antonio Brown, all thrown together. The Raiders should be a glorious dumpster fire this year. An moving to Vegas next year. Because there are no negative outside influences in Vegas at all.  Wheeeeeeee!

This is seriously funny.

Had him rant at me similarly in another thread.  Lots of anger and incoherence.  Waste of time.

He’s very tiresome.  Not even subtle.

Wondering if he’s the Pope Pius X (Giuseppe M. Sarto) one too this morning.

No idea what your anger issue is about, but these are two different subjects. The statement you quote relates to obstruction of the investigation; my discussion is about conspiracy with the Russians. It’s absolutely clear Mueller thought a crime of obstruction was committed but he couldn’t charge a sitting president

Two good things can come of getting hearings going:

See, that’s the thing: Mueller’s report does NOT say there is “no evidence of collusion [not a legal thing]” — it says they found insufficient [i.e., extant but not enough in their judgment] evidence to charge criminal conspiracy. This is far from “exoneration” on the Russian hijinks part.

Whether or not one agrees with that conclusion, it’s the path Mueller chose (and OLC before him). I really think that combined with his refusal/reluctance to testify is a clear signal to Congress to call fact witnesses, get the underlying evidentiary documents from DOJ, and hear all of the evidence itself, in public.

Mueller’s signal that his testimony will not go beyond the report (alongside his EXTREMELY clear statement that the only reason Trump wasn’t indicted was the OLC prohibition) is a pretty damn clear signal that broad-scope hearings with public testimony from fact witnesses are both appropriate and necessary at this

Counterpoint:  The Last Resort is their best song.

I believe Billy will die at 300 lbs with a fistful of Twinkies.

Well stated.  I don’t agree with all of her positions (or can be called in some cases her “antics”), but I’m glad she’s there.

I had the sense GS was playing with its food.

I’m convinced she likes the attention. There are a REMARKABLE number of photos of her, either at public events or in private shoots, doing her version of Blue Steel for the camera. And the stupid slogan Senate run.  I really believe at least half the reason she wants to testify in public is so she can be on camera.

Keep in mind that going hand-in-hand with the GOP’s anti-abortion crusade is its push (see, e.g., Kemp dumping hundreds of thousands off the voting rolls in GA) to make it more difficult or impossible to vote for those populations who will be most negatively affected (i.e., the poor and minorities).  Combined with no

+1 sulking silent rub out.

Not that this is original, but there is no color guy more in need of being fired into the sun than Jackson.  Except maybe Walton.

From the perspective of a Team Rose fan, it was depressing, because she was clearly winning the fight and striking so well. Credit to Andrade and her team though - they adjusted, and sometimes that’s how fights go. Sometimes the better fighter makes one mistake and walks into a punch.

Remarkable how much their automatic, instinctive reaction to just about anything is to project. Mueller report says maybe we can’t indict because he’s a sitting president but he’s pretty clearly abusing his power? Accuse Congress of abuse of power. Report clearly states that Russia systematically interfered in the
