And she shouldn't, because paradoxes tend to sort themselves out, and the Doctor is likely to be the proximate cause of Clara's previous two deaths thereby causing the loop. I think you maybe forgetting that the Tenth Doctor clone was given a piece of TARDIS coral and told by Donna how to grow it exponentially.
