Award shows always used to get me hyped up with their performers, but they end up being disappointing with mediocre performances and/or terrible award choices. I don't really watch them anymore.

Andrew Mayne is a really great magician and he's a wonderful personality on the Weird Things podcast, so I'm really excited about him getting a cable TV show!
