"...to make the home more livable..." that statement there is a lil cocky from the narrator. Homes nowadays work just find and are perfectly "livable". Would have been better to use another word.

I believe they also need a grade on them. "Canada grade", "#1 Grade", etc.. Yeah I work part-time in a grocery store right now. #fruitlasers
