It’s called poor mans exp farming here. The rate is fine if you don’t have any lures nearby, except you don’t get to evolve anything.

I don’t know why is Poke Radar crowdsourced when it could just pull all the info by scanning like PokeVision does, and I don’t know why PokeVision doesn’t just save the spawn locations like Poke Radar does.

About the distances: 90, 60 and 40.

The pokemon pop up when you move around. Other players do not interfere with your capturing in any way.
