Ford Focus has Sync with built in bluetooth handsfree software with a very good voice recognition system built in. My fiesta has the same thing. If he had bluetooth enabled when he got in the car, he probably never even had to take his phone out of his pocket.

I bought it on Xbox because I didn't want to wait. Plays just find on console, looks even better on PC. So unless you're attached to a particular online community, go with PC. If you're worried about hackers, stick with a console. The visual difference isn't huge, but it is noticeable.
