A 3 game suspension is way to light for an illegal hit like this. Aston-Reese will be out much longer than that. A fair penalty would be for Wilson to sit until Aston-Reese is cleared to play, then serve 3 more games. This would clean up the game in a hurry.

Fuck the Pens but Fuck Tom Wilson even more. He regularly leaves his feet to hit high and is for some reason almost never disciplined by Player Safety. 3 games is embarrassingly short for this unrepentant thug.
