The Pros CPU is just an overclocked version of the original. So any multitasking isn’t or loading isn’t going to be significantly faster.

That’s just using a console with an underpowered CPU. Unfortunately, despite a relatively decent GPU, the CPU is hardly an upgrade over the base PS4 (Scorpio will likely be similar). Combined with a slow HDD and load times for games will still suck.
