Blood Stone was also an original story and had its own music theme (Sang by Joss Stone which was 10x better than the awful Another Way to Die at the time) and it was a pretty good game too, better story than Quantum of Solace.

It’s like 3 musicians all doing their own covers of the Beatles playlist or something, all trying to play to their own strengths.
I get why you’re trying to tone police this dude, but... fwiw - his arguments have won me over.
JESUS H CHRIST
I never said you had to. They asked if it was on sale, and I told them that it was. Calm yoself.

Had this happen some years back when I pre-ordered a brand new (at the time) Galaxy S7 directly from Samsung. At the same time I pre-Ordered a new Mophie juice pack/case from Amazon that was set to arrive at the release date of the phone. On the day the case was supposed to arrive (these were $100+ at the time mind…
I... didn’t get the impression that it was conflating “Xbox buyer” with “Trump supporter.” It was just a joke about the count being so close that a the loser is likely to request a recount. I think you might be projecting just a *tad*.
For sure. This serves as a nice reminder to me that you never know what’s going on on the other end of the screen. It’s easy to throw a snarky or judgmental comment into the fray, but a little bit more grace online goes a long way. You do what you gotta do to deal with what you’ve got going on pal. Nothing but love.
I appreciate it. I realize my responding to a comment to a comment, etc... is counter-productive, tone-deaf, and all the baggage that comes with invoking this kind of thing. Honestly, I suffer from anxiety and ADD, so it’s all I can do to try to distract myself from worrying myself into a constant panic attack.
I did recognize and acknowledge the childish nature of my reaction and I know that in most cases, it takes one to know one. I still stand by it and don’t expect you to agree. I could care less, honestly. I had a family emergency with my niece missing since this comment and this is the furthest thing from top of mind…
One: I didn’t pick a battle, I conveyed an opinion of what I considered a poor way to invite console war discussion.
I’m not saying that my take itself wasn't also petulant, I fully acknowledge that it was. It just landed completely wrong for me and it still does. I do appreciate the even keeled response, however, as well as the encouragement at the end there.
This is why us folks on the left hate wokescolds: y’all make us look like unhinged and thin-skinned “no fun allowed” types, and it’s bad optics (for both sides; this is why the right can point to us and call us crazy).
Besides, what did you think to achieve here by scolding someone for making a joke and then you…
I’m going to be real with you hear. Their comment was a joke, and thats gonna land different for everyone, personally I enjoy the levity in this stressful time. But generally the moment I see the word petulant being thrown out, it often seems to come from someone that seems awfully petulant in that moment. This seems…
I had an opinion that was 2 short sentences, at best. I conveyed it, and I moved on with my life. How are you doing?
Not going to lie, yeah. I mean, I voted Biden/Harris, but why invite stupid console war bullshit in on this and compare it to this shit show of an election.
Because conflating a stupid goddamn console purchase with some racist rotting pumpkin attempting to undermine our democratic process is petulant, in my opinion.
I think Miles Morales is a better indicator of performance when reasonably optimized.
These PS4 games aren’t set up for optimal loading conditions on PS5. It’s just a raw boost.
I look at the new Ratchet and Clank game as one that really shows how the PS5's SSD can fundamentally change how games are played.
I appreciate the article, but this:
the 65" is currently on sale. MSRP is $2500, normally sells for around $2200, is currently $1850 on Amazon and Best Buy (and I imagine others)
