My daughter learned how to swim two weeks ago and took the training wheels off of her bike on Monday. Seeing her enjoy her first tastes of independence is amazing.
It looks like the old toi et moi offset style that was popular in the nineteenth century. Usually the stones are same size and cut. I am surprised this one isn’t offset with one sitting slightly higher than the other so that they nestle better.

I finally got Big Foot to get in the pool on Thursday and again briefly yesterday. Apparently it is her fear of seizure while in the water that has been keeping her out of it.
