That’s because it’s easier to hide your racism underneath patriotism. There’s this false belief that if I’m a patriot, I can’t possibly be a racist.

Made these out of Italian crepe paper and floral wire after taking a class in Berkeley. They are hanging from my wall in a little ceramic vase called an Otchi Potchi. I have since made some Anemone and stuck them in the Otchi Potchi, but I don’t have a picture.
