Why would Ubisoft use a Kickstarter? Besides, they prefer focusing the bulk of their resources to stuff like AC.

This is why I use the Internet.
I’m also a sucker for games that look like nothing else. I like when a game tries to have more art direction besides realistic, if anything because they’ll look good even after many years. Anyways, the game looks pretty cool, and I like how apparently they’re somewhat discretely putting a type of story into this game.…
Most people don’t realize that the money Kickstarter’s ask for isn’t the whole necessary budget. That’s why I mentioned it.
I was just saying that to make a game as big as Shenmue would require more than the $2 million the kickstarter asks for.
Right, sorry, I should’ve been more specific.
It’s being partially supported by Sony though. That’s probably where a lot of funding comes from. After all, you can’t make a game with only $2 million.
How do you see any of this as racist? Which culture are they being racist against exactly? There isn’t any real specific imitations of any culture within this game at all.
Even if Beyond Good and Evil does come out, I just cannot trust modern Ubisoft to do it right. Let’s just enjoy at what it’s original creator is doing now.
But we aren’t experiencing any of those issues with this game. You are just looking too hard for them. My first thought when seeing this was futuristic cavemen, not stereotypes.
It’s been done before.
They should keep all this. Why not? Metal Gear can do it! And so can Final Fantasy.
The Legend of Korra game was good though. It was mechanically sound. The only issue is that they didn’t have a huge budget to work with. Remember, it was just a small downloadable title. In that regard, the Legend of Korra game was pretty good.
This is scarily accurate.
This is actually a cool-looking thing. Which I could say to all of this. Real creativity in all of this art. And just amazing artwork in general.
Me and this artist would get along famously.
Would just like to say that the first gameplay point you talk about was also in a game called Westerado, where you can walk away from and shoot some one during any conversation at anytime and see how they react.
It is now. They announced it.
So are guys just reporting on this one tweet for no real reason? Man, there’s not even any sound!
This is just the best rendition of Hellboy ever.
