Unless the plastic is drastically altering the appearance, that's a dude.

Really confused by the boobs on that Tech district man.

Hey hey, what happened to us. We're io9'ers, the open-minded and forward looking bunch that embraces differences and look forward to first contact. And what do we do when faced with the first image of an alien species? Make pantie jokes!?

See, THIS is why Ronan is so angry: all you bullies making fun of his birthmark. And now we have a Galactic War. Way to go, nimrods.

Believe it or not, this man is a US Senator.

Well first, we'll have to find a way to sell dino steaks and tame — I mean employ — the locals.

I would pay real money to watch Captain Reynolds and the crew of the U.S.S. Serenity.

A lot of Earth's water is probably still below our feet, wrapping the core of our planet. "We should be grateful for this deep reservoir,"

Story: Quantum Leap

Story: Blade Runner

For me it was Angel: Not Fade Away. It finished the storyline built up very well and then left you with that "no-hope" fight. Loved the comics afterwards but as a finale to the series, it worked well for me personally.

I know that the ending wasn't popular with like half the fandom, but I enjoyed the ending to The Dark Tower series, which kind of wasn't an ending at all. I don't want to say much else without spoiling it, but it made me think "what did he do different this time?"

Sam became a (figurative, not actual) incompetent potted plant whose POV had been removed completely. Cas' character had became unnecessary, boring, stale and

Am I the only one who emphatically does NOT want any of the Endless showing up? Not while the current Warner Brothers / DC execs might have any say whatsoever on it. I'll give NBC credit, they've surprised me with what they've let Bryan Fuller (brilliantky) do on Hannibal so I'll accept that a good version is

"Based on the original DC Comic."

I am digging all of these horror and supernatural horror series that have been popping up of late. Even if they only last for one season. (sniff, I still miss you, Dracula.) I remember at one point Supernatural was the only game in town. Sure, we now have more camp than horror series like True Blood and The Vampire

The moment you said "helmet" I immediately thought "Dr Fate". Since Supernatural is sucking beyond belief these days, I need a new horror show to obsess over and Constantine looks like it might be it :D
