I don't understand the whole debate on frame-rate. It's a matter of preference. I don't go to a movie, site there, and complain that it's showing in 24 fps. However, if you go above 24fps in a movie it just seems jarring and loses that cinematic quality. It's really up to the director, even in these games.

I pay at the pump with cash, especially if the gas station gives a discount on paying with cash. I stopped using my card of gas stations cause it's a pain having to deal with the fraud charges. Skimmers seem to be common place at gas stations nowadays.
