    That’s Mr. McDogDog, sir. :-P

Ha, never seen those and they are excellent!

Who’s buying this to creep along in city traffic?

Bad calls certainly happen, and you could argue that’s what happened with Hamilton’s runoff not being penalized. However, someone above made the analogy to an official in another sport suddenly saying “next point wins” during a game, which seems more similar to what happened at the end of the race. That would be

In my experience, AAA doesn’t cover anything off well-travelled, paved highways.

On the other hand, if they knock out $100 a year of fraud, they can drop your premium by $50 in celebration and still make out like bandits. There is a financial incentive for them to cut costs, so I don’t find it impossible that their numbers are at least in the ballpark.

Typical thin blue line proponent. Big fan of law and order...for everyone else.

I’m betting this results in instant lower back pain for me. Unless you drive for a living, your car is not the place to fix your posture. You just don’t spend enough time there to undo all the bad things you’re probably doing in the rest of your life.

I believe Tesla already did this to some used buyers of their cars. When Tesla realized they were not the original owner they turned the features off because only the original owner had paid for them.

I find the Cayenne to be a case study in lazy, ugly car design, but when you chop the top off it definitely benefits from my ironic enjoyment of cars like the CrossCab. I might be okay with this.

Guarantee you this goes in Tesla’s statistics as driver error since FSD had been deactivated shortly before the car left the road. Never mind that FSD directly caused the driver error.

That would explain why it was trying to run out in front of the oncoming headlights.

Those in favor of expanding the mine claim that it’s brought jobs and wealth to the region.

Solution: Hide the code reading function behind a rain dance that involves hitting the brake pedal 3 times, opening and closing every door in a specific order, then sacrificing a virgin chicken on the intake manifold.

Little bastards. I see people talking about humane ways to deal with them, but if they’re in my car trying to kill me with hantavirus I’m going to respond in kind.

This explains all of the random welding projects being passed off as “art” when I was in college.

To address the sweat situation I’ve started wearing those knit gloves that are only nitrile coated on the palm and tips of the fingers. They’re a bit more clumsy than the thin nitrile ones, but for a lot of stuff they work fine and I don’t have sweat literally pouring out of my gloves if I reach up for something.

My rule of thumb is that if you find a woman in a traditionally male-dominated industry, assume she’s amazing at her job. Because she has to be in order to make it.

Would totally attend a poker night in one of these. Although I probably can’t afford to play poker with anyone rich enough to own one. ;-)
