This feels like a gimmick to me. It’s been pointed out on approximately every EV truck article that they’re useless for towing any significant distance since EV chargers are not set up for a long rig like this. Although if they charge mileage like some RV rental places I looked into you might not want to drive more…

I’d rather have a heated steering wheel than heated seats. My fingers and toes are the first things that get cold so they’re the priority to keep warm. Also, it’s harder to dress to keep your hands warm, especially with everything being touchscreen now.

There’s already an airborne racing series. It’s creatively called Red Bull Air Race. It’s pretty entertaining from the races I’ve caught on random sports networks, but it’s generally done over water AFAICT. Not sure how well it would work at a Nascar track.
