It’s possible to not like someone’s work and still think they should be treated with respect. I personally think that both of them make horrible music, but I also think that transphobia and misogyny are unacceptable.

Gotta get those clicks!

How are you so fucking brilliant? :D

Oh god, that is so fucking horrible and so fucking hilarious at the same time. Do I laugh or do I cry?

They just expect to lie there spread-eagle.

It’s less about celebrating mother/parenthood and more about not throwing working mothers (and parents in general) under the bus.

Yes, lock them out because apparently babies are the devil.

Maybe she had that option, but I can bet that there are women out there that don’t have it. Why exclude them?

Let’s look at this from a slightly different perspective. Do you think that a mother should be allowed to breastfeed her baby in public? After all, women don’t *have to* breastfeed in public - there are alternatives. Similarly, a woman doesn’t *have to* bring her child to a public venu - she has other options, right?

But day care won’t become affordable just because we want it to. Let’s not tip waiters - after all, what they need is better wages, right?

Yes, she should absolutely be treated the same way - which is to say that she should not be given an ounce of sympathy or forgiveness. As far as apologies go, I’d say that it was a decent one - but an apology is still meaningless. It does not erase what she did. Even if she was drunk, rape does not *just happen*.

Can this whole “people with dicks” nonsense just end already? If Jennifer Lawrence had one, she wouldn’t be making six digits, let alone eight.

Just another opportunity to mock men...

Does it rhyme with “punt”?

A man wouldn’t be given an ounce of forgiveness (and rightfully so), and it’s absolutely frustrating seeing so many people just let the rape slide just because she’s a woman.

Switch the genders and tell me if you feel the same way.

That you would even consider everything under 2) to be an excuse is absolutely disgusting...

It would most fucking definitely not be the same.

I actually agree with them. She did something clearly wrong, and if they let that slide just because she gave a meaningless apology they would have no leg to stand on. Rape is not something that *just happens* - drunk or not, it’s her fucking fault.

I swear, you’re a fucking genius :D
