Overall I liked this episode (baring the Glen mess, but I'm going to ignore that it ever happened) however I could really do without all these whiny, chinless teenagers. I just hope that any violence between Korl and Ron destroys any chance of a continuing romance between Jesse and Rick. If he's going to pair up with

Ah, okay. And yeah, they're all already infected but….well, I don't really know where I was going with the vaccine idea, maybe more like an antiviral cure or something….okay, I actually have no idea where I was going with it, other than when I saw her drain the wound, I thought it would be pretty cool and gross to see

That's what I thought, too. I never got any sort of flirty/romantic vibe between them at all, and then for the doctor to walk up and kiss Tara like that…it just seemed really odd and sort of condescending on the writers' part to both the characters.

Was it some other pox? I got that from a BBC doc, I could have sworn it was cowpox. And I don't think the guy was bitten by a walker, I think he got injured by a Wolf during the attack, but I often have trouble remembering what's going on in the show so I could be wrong. I agree the infirmary stuff is pretty lame.

Well, it's annoying. For a show with interesting, complex female characters like Carol and Michone, all the mindless sexism it often exhibits towards women is disappointing.

Ah, got it…I bet they will, too!

Well, pus is often overlooked and underappreciated. When will pus get it's well deserved spot in the limelight? In my opinion, the time is now.

If Rick walked up to Jesse and kissed her out the blue, that would be creepy and rapey, right? Or any male character doing that to a female character. But when a woman does it to another woman it's supposed to be cute.

The Alexandrians are going to make for some hearty, filling meals for the walkers, that's for sure.

Maybe Korl does shoot Ron, I think in the comics he shoots and kills a main character so maybe Ron will be his big Rick-saving shootout.

I just realized- vaccines were discovered when a doctor injected a kid with cowpox pus and the kid subsequently became immune to cowpox. Now, the doctor lady everyone likes now has a giant syringe full of that man's leg wound pus….possible vaccine storyline in the works? Or at least some medical experiments? I hope

I hope to god Glenn isn't immune, that'd be cringeworthy and a blatant rip off of another zombie show. But the doctor has a vial full of pus now, maybe she should try injecting it into someone to see if it cures them or creates an immunity. In fact I think that's how vaccines were discovered, for real.

I'm not a comic reader, though I have the jist of some of the major characters and events….so feel free to spoil away. Although I can't imagine Aaron having to die to make room for anyone, he's so innocuous and non-space taking as it is.

Speaking of space zombies, I thoroughly enjoyed Z Nation this week and it's starting to bother me that I might actually like that show more than TWD.

Actually that's pretty much it in a nutshell, no joke.

Yeah, apparently because it's so popular they skimp on the budget because they know they can get away with it and still get the viewers and advertisers. TWD is making AMC bigwigs very very rich, and probably supporting the existence of other AMC shows.

I just hope she doesn't end up being a long term character, because she's about as compelling as a Styrofoam cup full of tap water. I know people hate on Lori, but at least she did stuff and the actress had screen presence and was interesting to watch.

I had to laugh when those tubby Alexandrians were complaining about how they were going to starve if they didn't get more cans of food for dinner that night.

The show is a play on the name of the textbook

Aaron will die doing something heroic before Glenn comes back and the baby's born.
