Don't think I've enjoyed a Neil Young album since Le Noise, honestly.

Well, like I said, I don't really like seasons 4,5, and 6 that much, just that that particular finale was great. I just liked season 5 more because we were actually getting the group back on the island and it felt like a conclusion was being put together (season 4 just felt like a transition, a whole season just to

It's still my favorite season finale of any show ever, and my favorite episode of Lost. Everything here is just so perfect. Admittedly, I'm not really a fan of the second half of the series, but I blame the writer's strike and a few personal "this is what I would have done differently" moments on that.

Underwhelmed, honestly. A whole week of build-up, and Orgalorg… is nothing too big of a hassle, really. It was the same way I felt about "The Lich" leading into "Finn The Human"/"Jake The Dog". Fantastic cliffhangers with really unsatisfying payoff.

Sweet Pea is legitimately unnerving.

But… but… Armadillo Tank! How can you not love Armadillo Tank?!

I know a lot of people talk shit about AS's original shows, and for the most part, I try to keep an open mind and find at least one thing to like about even the worst ones… but this show has never made me laugh once. It wasn't until CH that I finally understood how some feel about these shows.

Shearer's been really critical of the show's terrible writing over the past decade, hasn't he? Makes sense that he'd be the first one to just put a line in the sand and say "fuck it, I'm not participating in something this shoddy anymore." I doubt this is about money. How much have they all made by now?

Hell yeah. Through The Looking Glass is still one of my favorite season finales of any show. And Greatest Hits is a fantastic lead-up into it, as well as a nice send-off for Charlie (before his actual send-off in the finale, but still).

I've long since given up on the series having interesting story or characters anymore, and I think they squandered the modern day framework, but I still like exploring the environments they create.

They really were. She should be in every season.

Best Buy version comes with a shirt with the album cover on it, in case anyone's interested. CD has the bonus tracks on it if you go for that.

At this point, I was over the banjo stuff (I wonder if they were too) and was actually intrigued that they were trying something new. But in execution… they sound just like every other band out there now. "Believe" is one of those songs I could easily imagine The Killers doing. I'll probably give Wilder Mind a spin,

I love Super Mario 64's ending theme. And any time the Sonic games have a medley of level music, like Sonic 3, or both the console and 3DS versions of Sonic Generations.

"…not-so-distant cousin to Radiohead’s In Rainbows."

I love SP. I remember originally buying the first two volumes at Borders because the art reminded me of The Wind Waker.

I try to be open minded and I'm sure Jared Leto can be a great joker, but cripes, that design just screams try-hard.

It's surreal when you see things like this and realize the person who wrote it is real and not just a caricature of an executive like you'd see getting made fun of on TV. I like to imagine they made this pitch while sipping scotch and smoking a cigar as they were putting on a little golf course in their office on the

Oh, it was a corset holding her dress up? I just assumed it was some kind of boob mana.

I had held off on 20 for a long while now because I wanted to see if they'd rerelease it with commentary after 19, but it was on sale at Target for $15 so I scooped it up (17 was also on sale; no way I'm buying a post golden years season for $40). Glad I did now.
