The law was enacted for revenue and to curtail poor driving/unsafe cars. It was not about signalling out “poor people” as the article tries to portray.
So if it was proven that higher fines for moving traffic violations reduced the amount of insurance claims and accidents on roadways you would be against that?
So the issue sounds like a lack of public transportation and not one of a consequence system to keep disobedient drivers from having to pay for their actions?
