That is a Million Mile engine surrounded by a 50,000 mile truck.

When I was a teenager I occasionally drove above the speed limit through certain curves on this road (Huron River Drive in Ann Arbor). But now this shit infuriates me. As noted in the article this road is ALWAYS full of joggers and cyclists. There is no shoulder, the lanes are narrow, and the trees and river are

The article doesn’t do the venue justice. Huron River Drive, in addition to being amazing and beautiful, is pretty much universally populated with joggers, bikers, hikers, etc — all the time. Parking is often just off the side of the road, so always people there, too, loading and unloading their vehicles. Amazing

Between this guys tone and the channel’s name it mystifies me that this is watched at all.

Parker is one of the most annoying and arrogant youtube person. I wouldn’t mind seeing him trade places with Paul Walker.

1st gear: Fields will walk away with over $50 million in payouts etc. Not sure if that is really getting burnt. Not even mildly scaled....

After having put a car shiny side down, it sounds like she might be ready for a real racecar with a cage and a logbook. 7-10k puts her in the range of a whole bunch of used SCCA IT cars. If she wants to stick with FWD, then there are plenty of ITA/ITS CRXs and Integras out there that ought to be in the price range,

Mulally was still CEO. Fields took over in July of 14. I was a sad panda. Mulally was one of the reasons I went to work there.

Mulally is an engineer, Fields is a business dude, companies that actually make things cannot be run by business people, they always destroy them.

As an assistant toolmaker, this is pretty fucking cool.

I think it’s ridiculous that people add the caveat: “for a Ford.” It’s like stahp, just staaaaaaahp. Lest we forget, Ford ain’t some yahoo who just yesterday slapped a decal on a Mustang and went down to the local track. They have serious racing cred and history. When people drive a Lambo they don’t go, “this is nice,

It also shares its engine block with the Ford F-150 EcoBoost. This fact alone will cause many people—exotic car purists—to dismiss the GT as not being a real member of the exotic car world.

Let’s just address price. This car was designed as a no compromise race car FIRST. Homologated road car second. The price is indicative of that. Goal one was to win class at Le Mans. The car they ended up with while doing that is the one they’ve homologated into a road car that just happens to cost half a million

I’m going to call bullshit on that and refer you to a list of all the current Ford cars that support Ford being not boring:

-Focus ST
-Fiesta ST
-Raptor
-Ford GT
-Mustang GT
-Mustang ecoboost
-Mustang GT350
-Fusion Sport
-Explorer Sport
-Focus RS
-Edge Sport
-Fiesta 1.0 ecoboost (I love those fucking things)

There just isn’t a

Can you show me any other OEM with a lineup in those segments that isn’t bland and boring? Every single automaker has boring ass cars because the segments demand boring ass cars. That’s what sells.

I’m a little bit stunned by this. Not by the content of the article, but by the fact that I just read a whole article on a gawker site about poverty, Detroit, and state tyranny, without a single mention of race or some dumbass implication that a bureaucratic entity is racist. :O

just a case of drivers rapidly running out of skill
