Walt wants to be known as the "Blue Meth Guy" though—that's the problem. His arrogance and need for affirmation has nearly completely overtaken his ability to reason at this point. He wants everyone to know that Heisenberg is still out there. (Foolish a strategy as that may be.)

Right, it's the methylamine that gives Walt's meth the blue color. As Anonymous 37 said, it's extremely difficult to procure enough pseudophedrine to produce the quantities of meth that Walt needs to produce, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's also easier to keep the purity with a single source of precursor.

No, Mike and Walt didn't owe Jessie a total of $120K, they owed him a total of $80K. Jessie put the money up originally, but he was still responsible for paying a third of it. The three of them are splitting the expenses equally.

I think there's a lot of truth to that, but she's also having to confront her own "bad acts". Like most of the characters in Breaking Bad, Skyler was at first lying to herself about her own actions. She rationalized that she was simply reacting to terrible circumstances and doing what she could to protect herself and…

Yes, Chris, the guy who shot Chow and tried to kill Mike was on the list. I believe Mike said that all of the folks on the list worked for him. So that would leave 9 of Mike's guys, but I think he also has to worry about Lydia, possibly other Madrigal execs, the Mexican cartel and whoever in Chile might eventually be…

Don't think that was it.

I think he was aware of the account—after all he had just told Lydia how well paid everyone was to keep their mouths shut. The surprise was that the DEA found the accounts so quickly.

In the "extra" clips on amctv.com., they explain that the Madrigal offices are actually a new high school in ABQ.

Yes, it was making money. Skyler tells Walt that they are close to making enough at the car wash that Walt could "quit his second job". She says so in the phone conversation in which she asks Walt if he wants to be involved in picking out a car for Jr.'s birthday or if she should go ahead and do it herself.

Walt was actually looking at the untouched bowl of cereal he had poured for Skyler, who hadn't gotten out of bed.
