This is the same woman and baby that appeared in the earlier flashback inside the house — and that’s the father who appeared in that scene, over to the right, wearing the white t-shirt. You can tell they’re the same because of the clothes they’re wearing.

They are underrepresented, even by total population considerations:

I also hope they get rid of that terrible dialogue-based character-interaction format used to explicate activities and plot points. That’s straight out of the 1990s. That’s the one thing I really hated about an otherwise great game.

So it looks like a few Asian actors can win roles as male action movie stars (especially if they know martial arts). That makes everything ok!

You can’t develop star power if you don’t get cast in any movies, period. And most Asian actors aren’t getting cast in any movies these days. Even indy movies like Superbad aren’t casting many Asian actors. Not unless the role specifically calls for an someone of Asian descent; and not many of those parts are written

As for Stone, who would you suggest casting in her place that has her cache? The only one I can think of is Olivia Munn, who is from Oklahoma but is half Chinese. She has nowhere near the star power of Stone though. And, Stoneworks for dirt cheap and puts asses in seats.

You assume the guy really passed on the shoulder. That’s what the cops claim — but they’re trying to make themselves look as good as possible after having been caught in a royal fuckup.

Don’t the police cars have dashcams too? And if so, when they wrongly-accused guy told they caught the wrong guy, couldn’t the cops just reveiw their own footage to confirm or refute the guy’s story?

In fairness to the goalkeeper, that looked like a dangerous and unnecessary backpass from his teammate.

So a guy got killed by police, who broke his spine, and you care more about a few things stolen from CVS during a riot? Yes, that’s the major problem here. Shoplifting.

Yeah, I know she was born and raised in Canada. I shouldn’t have said “native.” I just meant that she lived out there for years.

In America, the Morgellons is always diagnosed as “delusion of parasites,” and they send you to a psychiatrist. I’m actually trying to get out of the music business to battle for Morgellons sufferers to receive the credibility that’s owed to them.

The series won't pass the books in terms of plot advancement. They'll just keep writing new filler plots for the TV show to bide their time until the books catch up.

We should call him Joe “Binky” Biden from now on.

I think they ARE singing "tight and thin" in the audio clip above. The "right and dead" interpretation isn't clear at all (and doesn't rhyme).

It seems like most of the outrage here is caused by the interpretation that the prostitute is "dead" — and hence, that the song is describing necrophilia.

But they have other options as well, like mounds of food provided by the athletic department, alumni payed meals,

Right, and George even admitted as much. He explained that he must have had the other tune running around in his head when when he wrote "My Sweet Lord," and subconsciously copied it without realizing he was doing so. And I can actually see how that could happen.
