I don’t think this is true at all. Pretty much every new TV these days is 4K. You get 4K TVs for a few hundred bucks. They’re already to the point of basically being commodities. We’re not in the early 2010s anymore - 4K is ubiquitous.

To this day, the ME3 MP is has been the one and only Horde Mode I have enjoyed in any game...I remember deluding myself into thinking the Andromeda one was worth, but nah, gimme ME3 again

It’s a shame that it didn’t have a larger following.  I remember them adding content to it pretty frequently.  It seemed like they added new characters all the time.  Andromeda has a similar multiplayer mode, but it’s not as good and I’m sure it’s dead as hell given that most people hated that game.

The multiplayer on 3 is SO GOOD.  Man, I loved that mode.  And it came out of nowhere too.  I didn’t expect to like it at all or even play it more than once.  My wife and I got totally addicted to it, though.

Just a suggestion, but have you tried toggling the Supply Power to USB Ports settings? I think its under Power Saving.

I thought the issue was tied to people trying to use external storage, no? And I thought it was patched also. I've been through a number a games and used rest mode in all of them without issue. Didn't play outriders though.

Oh, that sounds moderately terrifying, as only an unresponsive console can be. Hope that gets resolved...
