I can’t help wondering if there is some misogyny in this and a lot of other criticisms of the season. Honestly, it may be my favorite season of the show.

The people I know who are watching S4 don’t even know the creative team changed, they just know it got good again after 2 seasons they didn’t like. I tell them it’s a new creative team and they’re super surprised.
You're really desperate to find something to complain about, aren't you?
I mean, as you described it, yeah. Minor. Especially compared to how much more there is to celebrate with this title.
I first played it back when it came out for PC in August and while act 3 was notably laggier and sometimes there would be odd pauses in battles or weird quality of life issues, even back then I wouldn’t have described it as broken or unfinished. And subsequent patches seem to have no only resolved things but refined…
I didn’t start playing it until December after it had seen multiple patches, and while I have encountered various glitches (from relatively minor to some fairly serious ones) and still do to this day (I’m just at the end of Act 2 now), all in all I’ve been extremely pleased with the experience. Perhaps the (well…
One of the many reasons I love Venture Bros. is that level of grounding.
For me it’s not about feeling bad for her. Pointing out that the People In Charge can make reckless decisions doesn’t absolve her of her own responsibility, full stop. From what I’ve read, it sounds like she’s most likely the one who brought the live ammo to set. At best she knew that there were live rounds on set,…
X-taclessssss...
ps5 gets multipalyer
No one is asking you to care, much less forcing you to click the articles, poopshoe.
It IS low budget, especially for a period piece. Typically anything below 10-12 million is “low” budget.
I’m torn because I think Gutierrez is ultimately culpable for the events that led directly to the tragedy and should therefore be held accountable, especially if the prosecution proves that she brought the live ammo to set (ammo she clearly knew about). But I still believe the factors that made the set an unsafe…
Great thread. Yeah, I don’t get the Baldwin-must-pay-at-all-costs drive people have. Is he an arsehole? Probably. Doesn’t mean he should do time for a death he wasn’t responsible for. There is, rather famously, no law against being an arsehole.
$8 million is low-budget for a professional feature with a unionized crew. Everyone knows it’s not some art school project because Alec Baldwin was involved. Movies with no-name actors and non-union crew like Son of Rambow are typically referred to as “micro-budget” or “ultra-low budget.” That’s just reality, so I’m…
Fucking bang on. Apparently a pitch-perfect parody as well (“Reed thinks he can solve every family problem with a new ray gun”).
In what way does “the finger of blame point solely at Gutierrez-Reed?” As the article discusses, Dave Halls already pleaded guilty for his role in the shooting. Baldwin is charged. So that’s at least three people who the “finger of blame” has pointed to.
Yup. Like, I'm not an idiot, but I'd like to know a villain's motivation without 8+ hours of investment in a TV show that may not even be good
Lady D. And thanks to the internet she can also have lady d.
