It was nice that they brought Robert Loggia back for a cameo, but he looked so awful I didn't recognize him til the credits. I felt sad in hindsight seeing him like that. RIP.

I checked his imdb and there are two other projects releasing this year. Both look like dtv garbage (Eric Roberts has top billing for one), so let's pretend this is his swan song.

He actually is in it for thirty seconds. He looked so awful it was difficult to tell until the credits.

It's serviceable but never captures the spectacle and magic that made the first one memorable.

I'm chuckling a lot more at that trailer narration than I have any right to.

AKA don't fucking dare make something that could be better than our movies.

Found a copy of Doom 3 BFG edition last weekend for ps3 so I'll be playing a bit of that. Definitely different from new DOOM both good and bad. Atmosphere and such are top notch but combat can't hold a candle compared to DOOM's action.

It definitely exacerbated my beer consumption due to the stress.

You and me both buddy. You and me both.

I am so glad Hollywood is starting to realize how sexy petite brunettes with flesh-melting eyes are.

Ironically the company is owned by space Mormons.

Okay, that was pretty goddamn amazing internet.

Ironically the sun will turn red before dying, so I guess Japan was ahead of the curve on that one.

Hey don't diss the Murch.

Interesting/strange fact: Largely filmed in Romania.

I'm still afraid some will look at it as such and get the wrong ideas. Neo-confederates hate Knight, but I'm not sure about other pro-secession types.

Jennifer Garner once told Conan O'Brien "snuck" wasn't a word and he should know better since he went to Harvard. Conan brought out a dictionary and humiliated her.

I think that was more Palpatine's idea. He likes 'em tall, big, and black.

I find your lack of faith disturbing.
