Definitely hit all the nostalgia buttons. Not sure about the new cast, but Goldblum and Pullman look like they're having fun.

Great to hear. I hope there's another episode that's about making a movie. Kunuk Uncovered is the hardest I laughed at a TV show in years.

Even for Goyer that would be a little on the nose.

Ha, I knew Capone was still alive!

Yeah, in a commentary Scott said the "DC" was him playing around with (at the time) current horror tropes in regards to pacing and building tension.

Not really surprising. Making Genisys was reportedly pretty difficult for her due to Alan Taylor treating her like crap. Factor in the unkind reviews targeting her specifically, and I can understand her not wanting to come back.

Not sure if you know, but the 3D bluray had a extra bonus disc with some pretty in-depth features about the movie. I vaguely recall Scott was hesitant about making a completely Alien movie because he felt like it would have been a retread as everything had been done.

Yeah, that could have been a good Alien movie, but I gotta give Scott some respect for wanting to do something more.

In one of the original drafts (back when it was firmly an Alien prequel), there were secret soldiers in cryosleep that were supposed to kill the scientists after a certain point.

I don't know, from what I gathered most of the screenwriting process was Lindelof transcribing Scott's take on religion and nothing else.

I thought it was pretty good too, maybe one or two drafts away from greatness.

Frank's "You believe me now?" after Karen's attempted assassination was a nice bit of dry levity from Bernthal. Even in the MAX comics Castle had this Eastwood-like dry humor.

Maybe Matt was desperate to get any info possible, and that was his hail mary pass.

I took it as a bluff that Fisk immediately called Matt on.

Seems accurate considering most nuclear launch codes were 0000.

Already interested for sure, but damn that quick shot of Bourne driving on the Strip and pulling out a shotgun made me giddy as hell.

Elizabeth Banks turned into Kate McKinnon so fast I barely noticed.

Louie "The Garrote" Spinetti, 34, was found justly murdered outside a laundry mat. He was survived by other gang types that will swiftly meet their ends by the hands of the righteous Punisher, who lost his family and is completely justified in his quest to kill bad dudes. I feel this way because I myself kille- oh

Yeah, Frank's not graceful, he's a soldier. He gets the job done.

Wow, I just noticed that. Good eye.
