As long as there's room for Franklin I'm happy you freak bitches.

Pretty much. According to Cosmatos Jr. the royalties George earned from Tombstone financed BtBR.

Quick nitpick: George Cosmatos wasn't a creator exactly. He's most known for taking directing gigs where the lead actor ended up calling the shots.

Dividing time between Last of Us and Far Cry 4 (both ps4). Both are enjoyable gameplay-wise but I'm more partial to FC4 at the moment. LoU's oppressiveness is just too much at times.

Robble? I've been saying rabble all this time! Now I'm gonna look like an idiot.

Yeah it was a good episode. Lots of small details in the town. Of course since it's Stan's creation there'd have to be a decapitated male prostitute crime scene.

Shine on you crazy diamond!

If I understand correctly. I read about it recently in the ebook "3-d Revolution: The History of Modern Stereoscopic Cinema" by Ray Zone and University of Kentucky. Pretty interesting all things considered.

No matter the source imax's process removes fine detail due to how their tech uprezzes the movie. My brain associates fine detail with grain so that's why I mentioned it.

Their enhancement process for uprezzing studio films removes grain (and by extension fine detail) from the picture. Its akin to the digital noise removal option on tvs. Imax claims seeing grain and such blown up on such a large screen would distract audiences. Deakins feared the process would ruin Skyfall's

Part of what made Skyfall look so wonderful in Imax, besides the expanded AR, was Deakins took one look at what Imax's image enhancement tech would do to the picture and said fuck that. It's one of the few, if only, films released in the format to skip the process.

If anyone's interested the US PS store is having a 10% off sale this weekend, just use the code lq8erdqh3a at checkout.

The only thing I'm getting out of this is Stallone looks incredibly awkward firing a gun.

I will say this about BL: they had a Das Boot reference in Beerfest that only maybe .01% of their targeted audience would get.

I liked how the episode's only mention of Batman was a small framed poster on the apartment wall.

Enjoyed it. Wish it was a bit longer honestly. Kinda reminded me of the LOTR/Hobbit appendices docs more than anything.

Rebought SP: Stick of Truth on PSN Tuesday since it's only $5 right now. Almost done with it again, and the game's a hell of a lot easier than I remember. I still die but it never seems as unfair as it used to be. Playing as a Jew instead of a Thief so that may be the reason.

I liked it. Once again Dennis's body language changes are subtle but darkly hilarious.
