Silent Hill’s last 5 games were developed by other unrelated groups besides Konami... they could easily license it out with no qualms.

Get them to play any kind of VR, like PS VR with Job Simulator. or Steam (Oculus Rift or HTC Vive). He’ll be blown away and have fun!
