I'm going to get HTC Desire (GSM) in a few weeks. This will be my first smartphone, but still I'd like to get prepared for eventual rooting. Could you give me a couple of links about rooting and modding Desire? What ROMs should I look at (or maybe stock?)?

The last one... I prefer the original (I have it as poster back at home).
