The chip is really great, but the problem is availability. It’s available for pre order, you have to wait for an indefinite amount of time to get it. I was seriously considering it for a large project, but went with the more expensive raspberry pi 3 simply because I could order them on Amazon with next day shipping.

The suburbs of Dallas are actually booming and are at least 1.5 times and probably double the rate above. It’s hard to paint a clear picture with over simplified charts like this.
