Wow! A reply to a comment more than 3 years old. The cost of the vacuum was about $40 and shipping would have been about $25 for me.

On the kindle I try to do 5%.

I'm not considering it, I didn't think it would pay enough for that, but I got the feeling that people are making a living on it from this article.

Do people make a living this way? How much do they typically make?

I deleted all my RSS feeds for the deal websites. This was where my big spending was coming from. It's only been about a week so far, but so far no money spent on "deals".

Seems to work well, but the RAM usage is on the high side (>100MB).

I'll stick with llama, thank you.

which headphones are in the photo?

If a company couldn't pay for airfare (and hotel, if necessary), I wouldn't consider working for them.

Have you tried any of the office alternatives like libre office, or kingsoft office? They are not perfect replacements, but they just might work for you.

You've definitely come across a problem, if not a need. I created a few utilities and a web application for problems I had faced. I had a lot of fun creating them and I did put them on my resume. And I think one or 2 of them actually helped me get my current job, even though they're not directly relevant.

You've probably come across a situation where you thought that it would be nice to have a website or application to do this or that, or solve a problem. Make this website or app. You'll enjoy creating something and get a sense of accomplishment, and have something to show.

Is it worth getting an AC router if I only have N devices?

Perhaps, it's a personality thing. For example, the question about what employees do in their spare time - whatever the heck they want, it's not anyone's business but their own. This question is stupid [in my opinion of course], it's pretty obvious that you got it from an article somewhere and it shows that you can't

Absolutely nothing wrong with getting advice from an article - that's why we're all here. I've had a few people ask similar questions and it just sounded so fake. My point is you really should mean it and the position you're applying for should be a position where the questions make sense. Read the article and learn

If someone asked me these questions, I'd immediately know they got it from some such article, not that there's anything wrong in learning from said articles. I prefer genuine questions than rehearsed rehashed ones. Unless the candidate had some strong redeeming qualities, I'd consider these questions a negative.

You hit it on the head. Yes, I'm using bit defender.

Sunscreen is accepted as a necessity and probably is for the fair skinned. I am very curious how applicable this is to the darker skinned.

This was taking up 500MB+ of RAM on my system. Inefficient memory usage is a pet peeve of mine and I ended up uninstalling it. Something like this shouldn't take up more than 10MB in my opinion. Should be easy enough to do, especially if they put the configuration in to a separate application.

I need an article on deal addiction.
