i could be very wrong, but i read that as: if those are indeed implants, they are appropriate in size for the profession. i read it that the lovely woman's breasts are not too large, but appropriate for someone in a profession where the idea of implants may be appealing.

Unreal. They look more like support stockings. I've actually been prescribed support stockings and I'm supposed to wear them all day every day. But I don't wear them when I dress up. What's her excuse?
