I am unfamiliar with the IP laws of the UK but the likelyhood is that it is either still with the estate of the Jacques family or with the publisher of the books depending on what Jacques’s original contract was like.

Every time we get a game that looks like this I sit back and wonder why no one has made a good fantasy adventure game for Redwall yet.
