Now playing

I’ve had some trouble really getting into Sigur Ros as much as I thought I’d be able to. I got one of their most popular albums and it just didn’t really stick.

This is a real shame I think. They actually go so far as to build the cars, but they don’t produce them in series. I mean, it’s cool that they exist, but as opposed to simply a rolling model they’ve already done all the hard work, why not make 10 or 20 or 100?

To be fair, when you’re playing it it looks better.

You’re right

They do have means to protect themselves in situations like this. According to this it seems like sprinkler systems are part of it.

I’m not sure about this.

sausage sandwiches (Australians love some sausage-in-bread)

So it seems as though someone yanked the parking brake, then the car started to yaw, and the driver over-corrected

BUILT NOT BOUGHT

I like to think I’d do this. I daily my MR2 and before that I daily’d my 300ZX. But I also know how much nicer it is to get in an exciting car when you haven’t driven it for a week. Driving it every day would be nice, but it stops impressing you quite so much.

I wouldn’t

You found the worst running 300ZX in the world :(

Why is it that you think gamers want random scenes of Tokyo? Or endless posts about anime?

I bought Just Cause 2 because of the demo. I’d never have bought it otherwise. I’ll buy 3 too eventually, all based on the JC2 demo.

It doesn’t look like he tried very hard to avoid it. He got a good warning it was coming - it dislodged without even properly coming loose.

I think there’s a bit of weird bias in this list. What about Gran Turismo? Kazunori of Polyphony Digital has told how no-one would pick up the game to begin with, people didn’t understand why you would want to drive hundreds of real cars in a video game. Many of the games back then had fake cars or fanciful cars and

Does anyone really want fabric on their shifter or steering wheel? How long before the touch points turn gross

Similar story with the 300ZX, and probably a lot of those 90s cars. The 80s was full of relatively anemic attempts at turbo cars, but the 90s came and everything had 300hp. The 80s looked old very fast at that point.

Surprise, the world isn’t like GTA where walls are invincible and will just helpfully angle you into a park
