I sometimes see them in Kansas City area.

I just got done paying 2.30/gal for 93 octane.

I think it highlights the issue that sedans haven’t been out pacing fuel efficiency like they should have been to keep that almost double margin. Instead it’s always putting almost the same engine into a sedan as you would a small truck/suv.

the demand to feel like you have a big ‘un while piloting an SUV/truck is too strong.

they enjoy the psychological superiority of suv’s/trucks more than fuel costs.

I think the psychology of suv’s/trucks is what drives it despite gas prices. “big vehicle to make me feel big and powerful” overrides and extra 40-200 a month in fuel.

if I want 4k, I will just go to amazon.

also factor in the cost of watching commercials.

now if only there was a re-do of Tales of Phantasia.

I think that most men need to take a long look at the behaviors they do and never think twice of. The word Expectations, and its almost always negative connotations needs to be explored as well to leverage away the toxic environment of unconsciously reinforced stereotypes.

the carmax I visited had a board with keys and a clipboard underneath for who “checked them out” but it was mostly blank.

who wants to bet carmax gets ahead on the insurance claims? conspiricy theory would suggest they paid the teens because of their trash business model.

Tired of these jokes!

he rolled with it.

Head on! Apply tire directly to the forehead!

I had similar happen to me once when the salvage yard gave me an axle too short. the thing popped off and went through the intersection before I could.

now maybe they can cram a corvette engine into the regal GS and I will have naught to complain about.

differing peak efficiency in torque-to-power based on current parts?

Best: Alfa Romeo Guilia, 4c, and buick regal T
Worst: buick encore, buick cascada - for the same reason, too low of an engine.

can’t shut the dang thing off when purchasing or test driving.
