I think the idea is that the church considers both divorce and being gay sins, but it will still welcome both divorced and gay people. Of course, that still means that Page was right, and the church thinks gay people are sinful.

Nah, but see, he SAYS it’s not unwelcome to LGBT people despite the church saying “LGBT can’t be spiritual leaders”. Good for her, I was wondering when I saw the interview this morning if anyone would mention something about the church. I’m glad Ellen Page is going full out and doesn’t give any fucks.

I look forward to the day when people abandon religion and decide to empower themselves or with the help of others, instead of some (likely) imaginary being. Religion, while having done some good for the world, is also responsible for many of its worst atrocities.

Always amuses me to see die hard religious folks waving their faith around while doing who knows that isnt right.  In Pratt’s case being infidelity.  But i suspect much more.  Shame people cant just keep their religious nonsense to the,selves. At least when being a hypocrite it isnt as obvious.
