According to how Americans use the term, sounds like he’s a terrorist.

Mr. Gandhi would like to discuss Satyagraha with you.

You people get it

You speak about political legitimacy as though it’s a yes/no answer. That’s not how it works. They have classes for this subject.

Your viewpoint is nihilistic. Journalism is imperfect - especially in the US - but its function remains absolutely essential to democracy. You just undermined ALL media in a flashpoint of history where fascism is taking root in the American executive. I believe American media can be redeemed, because to believe

Since we’re talking about the TO red jerseys, remember when Jeff Juden took out Roger Clemens on Canada Day? THAT was a great game.

Lose your QC hate. Sovereignty is dead in QC. People speak French here, get over it. You’re just helping build hate.

You ever see his handwritten notes? His penmanship is pretty spectacular. I mean he’s a piece of shit, but he’s gotta be literate to be able to pull that off.

“No need to even address it.” Hell no. You don’t know that it’s 4chan fiction anymore than you can prove/disprove it. Ask the fucking questions! There’s not enough smoke around trump/putin links for you in the past year? There’s new stories every week about it! Ask the fucking questions! Show your fucking taxes!

Without even getting into to the intelligence agencies reports, he publicly asked Russia’s government to hack US offices. And then they did it. Why can’t they ask him about it? Nothing wrong with asking DNC questions, but I refuse to accept that would you not be concerned with the elected office by the same ethical

Why should they not be asking him this question?

I’ve never seen that comparison to made to other American governments. And now it seems everywhere. He might not speak German, but I can’t find a reasonable argument that this isn’t fascism. To me the comparison is apt. Lest we forget.

Fuck American fascist pigs.

Wow! Some of these people really suck at critical thinking.

I can’t say I’ve ever heard it used legitimately with regards to the US government in my lifetime, and I’m getting old. But yeah, EVERYONE seems to be saying it for the past couple of months. Why are you baffled? If you’ve studied the subject, the term seems a little too apt for what’s going on. I suppose you don’t

Your concern for paying the proper respect to the lessons of history while the US slips into fascism is baffling.

Not positive I understand what you are saying here. I’ll assume you mean fighting communism and fascism were slippery slopes. Those were state conflicts. States are clearly defined actors. Terrorism is not.

I said useless, not complex. Fighting an international and domestic war against a term has too many slippery slopes, many of which the American foreign policy and civil society are barreling down today.

“Terrorism”. What a useless broad sweeping term. How can foreign policy be constructed from such an ill-defined enemy.

For LA Wildfires, wouldn’t it be kinda weird to name a team after a real disaster of an area? For example, I would avoid the Hiroshima Atomics.
