I’ve played through a ton of JRPGs and none of them required grinding.
I did pretty much the same. I played 1-3 years ago when they were new. Then I recently played the remaster though just did 1 and 3. Took a few months off then played 4 and mostly had fun with it, though it’s ridiculous how many close calls Nate had. Now I’m onto Horizon Zero Dawn.
