If a supplier cared, couldn’t they just allow people to sign up to purchase. Hold a raffle. Remove the winners that purchase. And block previous purchasers from repeat purchases for a reasonable period of time. And shouldn’t suppliers care that users are getting to use their product. It would be weird if Sony didn’t

A quarter of that donated money was from a Twitch marathon. Now I don’t know how that event works, but most times companies do donations to charities, it’s not their money but customers’  money, which isn’t exactly charitable giving. Is it?

Yes, he recognizes they’re fans by collecting their money.

Twice I’ve had officers instruct me to move to a place where they felt safe: the first time when I was being pulled over on a road with no shoulder like this, and the second when I’d been sideswiped by one the TechN9ne tour vans and we were stopped on a curve at the top of a hill. I’d think officers would be concerned

That explains what drewsro found in the carfax.

I don’t get it. I thought the point of a Rick Roll was to assault friends with an ear worm. “Weezering” does not do that.

If she had been living away from the area as an adult and not been to weddings in the area for friends and family, it makes sense she wouldn’t have known exactly what the dress code meant. With the amount of money people spend on weddings in Calistoga, Saint Helena, Napa, etc you might think everyone would dress

Legen...dary!!!

Based on this dude getting out of the back seat, do we think this was an Uber? If so was Jameis Winston groping the driver as a distraction while he let someone else do the thieving for a change?

Did the men show up dressed as rosters? Were the women all dressed as prostitutes? Did some joker come wearing an old fashioned costume?

Anyone who thinks “semi-formal” means polo and chinos (casual AF) is a moron, which means they’re relatives.

The bar prices were a big factor in quite a few venues getting struck from our list; I’m throwing a wedding and not charging my guests for drinks but also not willing to pay $5-12 per alcoholic beverage like I’m at the fucking bar.

What is not fine is making pay for booze at your party. That is rude

I really enjoyed “WINE COUNTRY CASUAL” since that’s just “fuck it, wear something that didn’t burn in the fires”.

I literally had to push my qualifying exam for my PhD from July to December to make time to help with wedding details that no one noticed. We did have an open bar though, which I was happy to plan. Pay a bartender a couple hundred for the day, allow a tip jar, and provide beer, wine, and cocktail menu ingredients. The

While giving the newlyweds wedding presents is customary, it’s only fair to poop inside the box if a bottle of corona is $5 out of your pocket because the bride and groom chose to not have an open bar.
