Whatever, Ugly Americans is the shit.

You know it's true. :P

I agree that the companions build story, but they don't really build any kind of Doctor Who story. They build stories that if it weren't for aliens and time travel, may as well be in office buildings or family settings. They build great stories, but I miss when the villains actually added to the story, instead of

The main issue I've had with this storyline is the same I've had for the past few episodes. There's a lot of rushing around to a very short, unearned conclusion. The show has been focusing so much on the Doctor and his companions' personal relationships and making sure that Amy and Rory got a nice 6 episode goodbye,

I've heard rumors that Tom Cruise is a closeted Jack Reacher.

I watched the LotR trilogy at a friend's house recently on his motion smoothing TV and it was so unbelievably fake. There was a scene in Rohan where they were in a building and you could tell the sources of set lighting. I'm not against clarity on the screen, but if they want to reinvent filmmaking, they gotta do it

I'm surprised Eyes Wide Shut isn't on here. While time has shown the movie to be widely accepted as amazeballs (Gene Shalit's words, not mine), most of the reception I remember upon its initial release was not good.
