Evidence can only be introduced at the trial level, so it would be sent down to the Dist. Ct. which invalidated the law.
I’ve advocated for this before. The main problem is that she’d have to register the copyright with the Library of Congress to litigate. I don’t know if those registered works are available to the public.
Hell ya they are!
It appears that Yale has expelled a high-profile member of a sports team in the midst of a pivotal moment in the season on the basis of sexual violence. While we can only speculate about these occurrences, we can comfortably say that, should all of this be true, this is progress.
Fact you!!!!
I would like the allegation to be a little more substantive than sexual misconduct happened.
May I refer you to the quote from the Women’s Center that said this is “only speculation.”
She doesn’t even have proof that a meeting, or hearing, as she calls it, even occurred. There is nothing on the internet other than that there are posters and t-shirts.

He retained a lawyer. I read somewhere else that the police haven’t begun an investigation. So...just vague unspecified…
I like how your longest article on the subject of campus rape is backed up by almost zero facts. This quote really shows the rush to judgment and the hope that something bad happened.
DMT is a helluva drug!
Google has taken down its links...pornhub on the other hand...
Because Seattle??
Cue the outrage machine. Outrage over nothing.
I was going to voice my agreement, but since I fall under the umbrella of all ‘white commenters,’ I’ll just go ahead and smirk disapprovingly.
Ya man, I saw your post. I replied in this thread that I didn’t know that he had found a way to steal the info. The confidential information would still be her room number. For this particular story, it was not important enough to me to check multiple “news” outlets. So I will freely admit being under-informed.…
I’ve done the front desk job. That was the one thing they hammered home. I know how the phone systems display names and room numbers. I was not aware that he got behind the concierge desk. Or the room service area.
