No really, it does look terrible even though that may be how it's done.

Not really. That's how you make short runs of crown between full height door casings. Terminating into the casing in amateur.

This piece of crown molding looks terrible!

installed a couple for my wife from monoprice. they are great speakers for the $$. used a 5 gallon bucket from home depot glued to the other side as an enclosure. took an older airport express and assigned the unused channels of my 7.1 as a separate zone. she can just start playing music from here phone and control

Pro-Tip from a fairly new parent; kids do not take a lot of time, they take all of it.

Maybe a "you've got to trust me on this one bud, you're not in trouble but you've got to stop that. I'll explain it to you after we get out of there" would suffice?

kind of reminds me of the old GT90 in it's OverTheTop-ness

I've saved hundreds doing my own appliance repair.

Just do 40.6cm. After drywall is up I doubt anyone will call you out on 0.02 inch difference.
I'm a lazy builder though. The last time I did a wall, I just cut a 14.5" piece of 2x4, and used that to measure.

They don't provide nearly enough color chips with the floor epoxy kits, but they do stock packs of extra color chips in the aisle where the floor kits are sold. Be sure to have enough on hand.

Tough decision here. Going to go with neither. I live in Arizona and haven't had snow in never. Please feel free to berate me in 7 months when it's miserably warm. For now, I will gloat.

I do something similar, but with coins and small bills. When I come home, the pockets get emptied of metal and NT$100 bills (approx. US$3) and don't touch it except when I need to dip in for bus or taxi fare. I do a count about every six months and it usually amounts to around US$500.

Can I come borrow your jar?

I will always keep my geology-related stuff. I do it for sedimental reasons.

you're speaking as if the A10 is doing all of this alone. Air support from f15 and F16 would be dealing with the big air threats.

Go to a pick a part. $10-$15 and usually in perfect condition.

Just go to a junkyard and ask them for one. They are sure to have one that fits your car in pretty good condition.

Any auto wrecker. Many cars end their life with the donut tire never having touched the ground. They're also generally an unwanted part, so negotiate on the price and get it cheap.

You are probably better off just going to a salvage yard and getting a whole new wheel and tire than trying to just replace the tire. It will probably be much cheaper.
