Title is misleading. They were arrested for selling pirated material not just for pirating.

Look at what EA just said in the second update to this article "We stand behind them and think that Activision's campaign to smear their reputation is reprehensible. "

I'm not saying Activision did nothing wrong here. I'm saying Jason West and Vince Zampella aren't as innocent as they make themselves out to be. I think both of them are guilty.
