Here to once again say I'm very glad I started watching Simpsons again. I was actually kinda shocked when they called Apu out for being a stereotype. Didn't think they'd go there.

Rogelio's gonna interview Rose, isn't he?

Opening scene was hilariously bad. Everything from Alicia's startling Eli like a schoolyard thug to her tossing plates at him like they were ninja stars was on a realm of stupid I wasn't quite ready for yet on this show. I was strapped in for a bad time, but as the reviewer said, everything involving Alicia's plot was

Yes to this season of Simpsons.

Part of the reason I think Peridot turned on YDiamond is her not living up to the Godly heights Peridot put her on. She's supposed to be this perfect rational being, but in that scene she came off as petty and dismissive while cloaking herself as this ultimate and wise authority. If you really reduce them down to just

Nooo, I was genuinely looking forward to this. Any chance it could end up on a different network or something? Or, and I know this is something that has been asked too often, Netflix?

Anyone else groan when they found out Malcolm's gonna be her secretary? That dude's probably just gonna whine about how Jessica isn't considering how he feels about things that are affecting her life. Nobody asked him to stick around, why does he have to whine about it to Jessica?

Glad the review called out Malcolm's behaviour. Jesus, what a bitch that guy is.

Very surprised to see this get a decent grade. Trailer looked awful, might give it a look now.

I would watch the hell out of that honestly.

This was far and away the best episode of this show. There can be no debate for me, this was it, this was the big one. No episode before or after this comes close IMO.

Did anyone else loudly groan at Jason and Alicia engaging in YET ANOTHER hourly wage conversation? That's their entire relationship, wage negotiations and steamy stares. Shit is not compelling.

Episode gets an automatic A from me since it had Kate McKinnon voice 2 of its characters.

Liv saying that this job was her "one thing" was incredibly heartbreaking. Like, damn, I never thought of it that way. She really has nothing besides this.

There's a lot of feelings I have to process over this finale, but I'm ashamed to say I enjoyed the hell out of it. I also always considered this a straight comedy, not finding out the "Horror-Comedy" nonsense Murphy was saying until recently.

A light touch? Dude, Cary brought Lucca in to his office because he was hoping her "blackness" would help convince her to side with him on the case. On top of his appalling "reverse-racism" arguments, it was blunt as hell.

Spot on review, although I think I would have given this one a lower grade. It's clear that the writers on this show (who I'm willing to bet are all white) see racial issues as a bear to be poked. They'll talk about it sure, but they will never make substantial jabs. Also, the ending that saw the small business owner

Huh? No, this isn't MRA-Style use of the word "cuck" at all. MRAs use that for anyone remotely in support of women's or minority rights, I'm using it to describe a man who likely gets off on the idea of another man fucking his wife. This isn't an "MRA-style" anything, he is literally a cuckold. And I'm not sure how

Wow, so Sanderson Sr. is a willing cuck… I… I don't know if I needed to learn that about him.
