I had a Citi card compromised this weekend. The card was never used at Gamestop and never used online - I suspect a much bigger hack (of physical point of sale terminals) was performed and we just aren’t privy to it yet. Just my 2 cents.

i think he uses the wrong word. it isn’t so much “unfair”, it is more that this whole piece and line of questioning comes off as uneducated and uninformed - especially when you ask someone to reiterate the very same point they already made 30 seconds prior.
