@icfan: Hmmm, it's a blog. If someone writing a blog is personally affected by something like, oh say, astrology and he feels it is bullshit, what should he do? BLOG!

@minardi: Um... I think you hav completely mistaken what tethered and untethered are. If a jailbreak is untethered then you can reboot your "iDevice". If it is tethered, then once you reboot, you must apply the jailbreak again.

@Ian Logsdon: I didn't turn my old iPod off with 3.1 but I'm slightly cautious about the effect on battery with my new one.

Tethered or untethered. This tethered thing is driving me mad.

@blyan is not on fire: Well look how the tables have turned that iOs is asking for android apps. (Not good though since I'm on iOs.)

@jboy06: You sir have no heart. I hope you get stuck in a situation where you are mistreated during a time of loss and you receive no help.

@thechansen: I know. I looked it up in wikipedia after this post. People don't know what they want.

This seems slightly reminiscent of coca-cola. "We'll release an update no one likes and call it better. But when everyone is upset and we change it back, they will shower us with praise and increase sales."

@geolemon: It's barely any configuration. I've just spent 3-4 hours in the last 2 nights setting up my new iPod the right way with jailbreak tweaks because Apple won't give me my configuration settings.

Oh I love gestures on my jailbroken iPod. They make life so much easier. Apple will probably ruin it though by not giving enough choices.

@Zinger314: Your name says zinger, but you ain't zinging.

@Paradise: I still say "Holy shit"at what my gadgets do daily. Maybe every week on the internet, because you know, it lessens attention span.

@zeroprime: I have to agree with him because he makes a good point. There was furore when Apple got rid of flash because it was closed. Opting instead for a more open standard. Which is now, a closed standard being replaced by a more open one.

@blyan is not on fire: Um, I rushed onto my computer when I got home to see if it happened. Oh wow. That's great. 3 articles I can handle. But I want some real tech news now.

@KillerBee: I'll admit he's right. But it's the wallpapers fault. It's a bit too dark for me. But the os is drool worthy. Much better than iOs. I love that the apps are in the back and the Os does something.

Come on lol. I'm from '94 and I have had all of these in my house at one stage. Does that mean I'm a young old person or are these very young young people.

@Tom_Servo: Was that a snark at the best of ces? :P
