It’s called “Complete Edition” because both of the dlc packs are included, rather than separate now. It’s better than the version we have now, which is nigh-unplayable without 3rd party software because of GFWL

That is a very optimistic take, and one that big companies like Google (who are *totally* well known for supporting their projects long after they fail) are happy to exploit for financial gain.
