I’m just saying it’s an option. If a dog hates to travel board them at nice kennel. My parent’s chocolate lab stayed at a place where a bisqit was placed in their dog beds each night and soothing music was played. They were walked, allowed to play with other dogs during the day. He loved it. That would have been my

the left is still trying to make this an issue? have you heard our president and vice president? they want to make it okay to fire someone for being gay - based on some bullshit construct of “religious liberty”. they want to ban trans people from the military. some “red” states want to go back to court and undue legal

Yeah, I’m suspecting that was a former agent. Marvel’s hiring Tessa Thompson, so they’re clearly not all that bugged about out LGBTQ individuals starring in their productions.

No. Pet owners need to get their shit together and decide that their desire to have a pet is something they need to navigate appropriately. Right now they’re telling private individuals and businesses that their personal desire to have an animal is everyone else’s responsibility, and subjecting their pets to stress,

No, the onus needs to be put on people who decide to have pets to behave and manage their animal reasonably.

I’m not trolling. I’m just not interested in off-loading pet owner’s responsibility onto everyone else. These people decided to bring an overbred juvenile animal over from Europe in the cargo hold. That’s a dumb, irresponsible, and cruel decision and they are to blame for the animal’s death.

Then don’t put them on flights. And I’m guessing a 9-month-old puppy isn’t too big to fly under a seat. In more general terms, I’m sick of pet owners choosing to subject their animals to incredibly stressful or inappropriate situations and blaming everyone else when it goes wrong.  Their desire to have a pet is

Yeah, the fact that these dogs have been bred so much that they can’t even give birth naturally, and that people keep dropping loads of money to have one, is so insane to me. They’re cute but so are most dogs.

Honestly that’s more tempting than putting my dog in there

People who buy bulldogs/pugs and other grossly mutated, constantly in pain and with breathing issues types of dogs should be slapped repeatedly until they learn some breeds should not exist.

Funny, they told me the opposite if i stopped holding my Marvel Comics in public i might get a girlfriend.

Please don’t encourage anyone to get pets that aren’t emotional support animals certified as such.

Because its a large animal that can be a danger to other humans under stress. A support german sheppard ripped a black man’s face off on a Delta flight and it was on the news for 2 seconds. You don’t know how a dog is going to react on a flight even in a chair in close proximity to another person. I had a dog for 18

children and babies aren't capable of biting/mauling other passengers. everyone thinks their dog is "well-behaved", but few are well-trained.

I’ve seriously considered building my own light aircraft to avoid being spam in a can again. And I’d never subject my pup or cats to that shit if I had the most remote choice. I’d rent a private jet before I’d fly commercial with my animals. Actually, by the time you finish paying for everything... if you can find a

The thing is, this could have happened if the dog was in the cabin too. Especially if he is an anxious sort or not used to travelling, crowds etc. They panic, get into respiratory distress due to their malformed faces and larynxes and develop hypoxaemia and pulmonary oedema. If it is hot as well that's just another

No, please don’t do this. First, the animal isn’t actually a support dog, and getting animals “certified” just so they can fly in the cabin has helped spur all kinds of backlash against people who legitimately rely on service animals. Second, a beagle relieving itself on a seat in the same cabin as other people is

Brought my cat back with me after a long term assignment in southern Africa. Used a pet transport service,I don’t have a lot of money , but it was worth every cent. They flew the pets on British Air. At one point transport was delayed for several days because the environmental controls in the special pet cargo area

WTF is a 6-year old owner? Whoever takes care of this child is the owner.

It’s an unfortunate reality. There’s really no good reason to transport pets via air. I’d rather rehome a pet than subject them to the trauma of air travel. Bringing them in the cabin is no solution either. Cabin travel is just as stressful and risky to the pet.
