I would be shocked if Biden pardoned Trump. If Biden wins, the more likely scenarios would be either Trump pardoning himself during the lame duck, or resigning and letting Pence pardon him to avoid a legal battle over the pardon.

Nothing inherently situates minority voting blocs to vote progressive/liberal. It’s conditional. If the demographic change is accompanied by attendant socioeconomic changes particular to now majority-minority groups, there is absolutely no way to be sure they won’t start voting Republican.
